Form & Discovery
Start by filling out my trip planning form with your dates, budget, preferences, and any special occasions. For more complex trips, we'll then schedule a discovery call so I can fully understand your vision, travel style, and priorities before moving forward.
Research & Proposal
Based on our conversation, I'll research destinations, accommodations, and experiences that best fit your needs. You'll receive a curated proposal with thoughtfully selected options, including hotels, routes, and key experiences, along with any available VIP perks.
Review & Finalise
You'll have time to review the proposal, ask questions, and request adjustments. We'll refine the details until everything feels aligned and ready to book.
Booking & Confirmation
Once approved, I'll manage the booking of hotels, cruises, transfers, and experiences, and confirm all reservations and perks. Flights are generally booked by you unless otherwise arranged.
Travel & Ongoing Support
Before departure, you'll receive your finalized travel details, confirmations, and any important information needed for your trip. I'll ensure everything is in place so you can travel with confidence.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know which service is right for me?+
If you're happy to book everything yourself and just need a great plan — go for the Custom Itinerary. If you want someone to handle all the logistics and bookings — Full Service is for you. If you' started planning or just need some advice and have a few questions — start with a Consultation Call. How long does it take to receive my itinerary?+
Custom itineraries are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of receiving your brief and payment. For more complex multi-country trips it may take a little longer — I'll always let you know upfront.
Do you only plan trips to Europe?+
Europe is my speciality and it is where I have the most knowledge. However I have seen other parts of the world and also have a community of advisors to help me with places I have never been to before. The most important thing to know is I know how to travel and how to plan your itinerary, no matter where you are going.
Can you book flights?+
For full service clients, flights are generally booked by you unless otherwise discussed. I'll give you specific recommendations on routes, airlines and timing — you just need to press confirm.
What if I need to change my itinerary after it's delivered?+
One round of revisions is included with every custom itinerary. If you need further changes after that, we can discuss a small additional fee depending on the scope.
Do you work with specific hotels or get commission?+
As a Fora travel advisor I work with a network of trusted suppliers and hotel partners. In some cases I may receive commission — this never affects the recommendations I make. My goal is always to find you the best option for your trip.
I've never used a travel advisor before — is it worth it?+
The number one thing my clients say after their trip is that they wish they'd found me sooner. A good travel advisor saves you hours of research, helps you avoid costly mistakes and gets you experiences you'd never find on your own. The cost of the service is almost always worth it just in time saved.
Can I book a call before committing to full service?+
Yes you can. If you are looking for full service trip planning, I usually like to start with a FREE 30 minute call so we can get to know each other and I can understand everything I need to plan the perfect trip.
What information do you need to get started?+
The more the better — travel dates, destinations you're considering, your travel style, budget, accommodation preferences and any must-haves or non-negotiables. Don't worry if you don't have everything figured out — that's what I'm here for.
How do I pay?+
Custom itineraries are paid upfront via secure Stripe payment before work begins. Full service trips are discussed individually. Consultation calls are paid at the time of booking via Cal.com.
